Cassandra “Cassi” Chandler has led a distinguished career as an innovative strategist and investigator, identifying and addressing intelligence, financial crimes, cyber and fraud risks, along with regulatory and reputational risks in the federal government and the banking industry. She is currently President and CEO of Vigeo Alliance, which partners with businesses to grow emerging leaders, retain diverse talent, and build an inclusive culture that thrives. 

Cassi is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Senior Executive Service Presidential Rank of Meritorious Executive award under President George W. Bush, the National Center for Women & Policing’s “Breaking the Glass Ceiling” award, and the Norfolk NAACP Trailblazer Award.

Cassi earned her BA from Louisiana State University and her JD from Loyola University School of Law. She is a member of the League of Women Voters, Rotary Club International, and serves on the Board of the LSU Alumni Association.
