June Activities 2020


·    First virtual family meeting held on Zoom

·    Idea proposed to have youth give the welcome address during virtual, Sunday Morning Worship Service

·    Call and Connect Project proposed





July Activities 2020
 


·    Virtual meeting held on Zoom

·    Request to provide speaker for welcome address was approved

·    Volunteers sought to create a pool of young speakers for OBCC

·    First speaker to give Sunday morning welcome address identified

·    First team of callers to Call and Connect with family members organized and began connecting with family members

·    Call and Connect Project continues with great rewards

·    Face mask fundraiser idea shared with family

·    Student offered welcome address during virtual church service

·    Youth shared details of face mask fundraiser with congregation during worship service on Zoom

·    Fundraiser hailed a “great success.” Every face mask was sold! And, “To God be the Glory, great things he hath done...”
